Custom 19” Rack Mount Chassis – 1U to 5U Server Cabinet Enclosures
Drawing-Based Rack Enclosure Manufacturing
Custom 19-Inch Rackmount Chassis from 1U to 5U
Hongming Sheng manufactures custom rackmount chassis, front panels and sheet metal enclosures for servers, network equipment, industrial controls, power electronics, audio systems and test equipment. Every project is reviewed against the customer’s rack interface, internal layout and production requirements.

Manufacturing Route from Prototype to Repeat Orders
Issues Worth Checking Before the Drawing Is Released
Rack fit: confirm the front-panel envelope, mounting pattern, adjacent-unit clearance and rail compatibility.
Chassis depth: allow space for connectors, cable bend radius, fans, filters and service access.
Panel flatness: long front panels and thin covers may need return flanges or other stiffening features.
Ventilation strength: dense perforations can reduce panel rigidity and influence bending or finish appearance.
Grounding: mark conductive contact areas and coating-mask locations clearly on the drawing.
Assembly sequence: make sure boards, power supplies and fasteners remain accessible after bending and welding.
System-level validation: Thermal performance, airflow, payload capacity, EMC behavior and product safety depend on the complete equipment design. We manufacture the metal parts to approved drawings and agreed inspection requirements; the customer or system integrator should define and validate complete-system performance unless a separate test scope is agreed.
